Before use, please follow these steps: 1. Upon first opening, visually inspect the pack for any damage, puffiness, or broken connection points. Do not use the pack if any of these issues are found; instead, return it for replacement. 2. Check the voltage of the pack using a digital voltmeter, not your charger. All new packs ship at approximately 3.65V to 3.9V per cell. A 2S pack should read approximately 7.60V to 7.85V, and so on. 3. When installing the charging connector, ensure it is compatible with your charger.
